Rebecca Wimberly, FSM, PSc.A
Rebecca Wimberly, FSM, PSc.A, is nationally certified as a Frequency Specific Microcurrent therapist (FSM) and an SRM® Certified Pastoral Science Assistant through the Pastoral Medical Association (PMA). FSM uses specific frequencies and micro amperage current that can produce immediate changes in tissue, making it an indispensable tool for addressing chronic myofascial pain quickly, easily, and comfortably, as well as having the ability to address nerve pain, concussion, tendonitis, scar tissue, peripheral neuropathies, shingles, herpes, fibromyalgia, somatic disorders, chronic anxiety, depression, visceral disorders such as colitis, GI issues, and most conditions associated with inflammation.
Rebecca is from Kerrville and is very active volunteering and working for her local Church. In addition to her own photography business, Rebecca’s interest in physical wellness is not a new one as she has been a client and observer of Synergy Release Method for almost 20 years. Her heart is to see people discover and overcome obstacles in their physical and emotional health.
Clients desiring FSM must also be established clients of Brian’s prior to scheduling with Rebecca, or clients may initially be seen by them together. This helps to ensure that as much muscular and skeletal balance as possible has been achieved so that any lingering issues may become clearer, which helps ensure that you receive the maximum benefits from each microcurrent session.

What is BIA?
Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis (BIA) is a computerized method of assessing your “body composition” – the measurement of fat in relation to lean body mass. It is an integral part of a health and nutrition assessment. By reducing body fat and/or increasing lean muscle, a healthy body composition may improve insulin sensitivity, improve blood circulation, promote healthy blood pressure and cholesterol levels, reduce respiratory infections, improve lung function, improve quality of sleep, relieve the strain placed on your knees, hips, lower back, increase energy and endurance, improve mood and self-confidence, and help you attain specific athletic training goals where more lean muscle mass is desired.
After assessing your body composition, Kelley can determine a healthy body composition program designed specifically for you. In addition to BIA, Kelley offers Personal Training and/or Nutrition Consultations, creating individualized workouts according to your needs and goals and/or meal planning for the specialized caloric intake of the individual based on their Daily Energy Expenditure.
While diets will result in loss of mostly lean body tissue and water, by tracking your body fat, you can closely monitor what body composition changes are actually happening. Just knowing how many pounds you have lost is insufficient. The goal of any lifetime weight control program must involve adjusting a person’s exercise and dietary habits to reach the ideal percentage of body fat.
